Owner Joe Cocozza learned his passion for barbering and beauty from his father Armand Cocozza. Armand mastered the craft of hairdressing in Paris France before he moved to the United States in 1954. After graduating from The Shear Ego International School of Hair Design in 2002, Joe open the Upscale Barbershop in Webster New York.

Through his father's very good friend Reno Papano, Joe was introduced to the hair replacement business. Seeing the growing demand and realizing the industry needed a more updated, modern approach, Joe did not want to sell old fashion to toupees. Integrating today’s most up-to-date barbering techniques, fashions, and education Joe created a hair replacement option that is undetectable to the human eye and feels and looks like your natural hair.
